A calendar with common sense.
Opening hours per team member, holidays, blocked times, buffers for tidying up — appointments only appear where they actually fit. Slots on a 5, 15 or 30 minute grid, your choice. Double bookings are technically impossible.
Whoever books, shows up.
For selected treatments you take a deposit right at booking. If someone doesn’t show, it stays with you. Fair fee: 1.9 % + your payment provider’s fees — only when you collect online, otherwise nothing.
Forgetting is history.
Automatic confirmations and up to three reminders by email, SMS on the Pro plan. Your appointments sync two-way with Google Calendar or arrive in Apple Calendar via iCal-Link — and private events block your bookable times. No-shows nearly halve on their own.

No, never a download. Booking automatically creates a lightweight zeitl account — the phone number is verified by SMS code (protecting you from fake bookings). Your customers then see all their appointments in one place and can reschedule or cancel any time — via the link in the confirmation email.

Yes, and quickly: the AI catalogue import (Pro) reads your treatments, prices and categories straight from your old booking page — paste the link, tick, done. Import your customer file via CSV, add opening hours, swap the link. And if you like, support helps you (a real person, in German).
Nothing bad: your existing appointments and bookings keep running. Want more than 1 bookable staff member, more than 5 treatments, deposits or SMS? Switch to Basic or Pro in two clicks — cancel monthly.
